Role Overview:

Reporting to the Commercial Director and CEO….


Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation from a candidate perspective, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage the recruitment and selection process for teaching and support staff, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve productivity.


Leadership and Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to candidates.

Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a strong company culture.


Continuous Improvement:

Striving for continuous improvement is a core principle, actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, monitors industry trends, and explores opportunities for innovation to enhance the company's competitive position and drive growth.
