Employer's Agent/Quantity Surveyor - London I am working with a close-knit and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy who are looking to add an Employer's Agent/Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Employers Agent/Quantity Surveyor will be based in West London. The Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working. The Company The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a forward-thinking construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team. Even though this is a large company, you would be joining a small but hard-working team of 30 Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Clerk of Works. As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education. But the Quantity Surveyor will come in and deliver Employer's Agent/Contract Administration duties for new build residential projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Developers. The role of the Quantity Surveyor To support Pre-Contract Surveyors, perform the following activities: Procuring necessary consultancy services to develop a project to planning submission/tender. Preparation of robust and accurate tender and contract packages. Undertaking various forms of tender processes. The ability to analyse and review Contractor/Developer and Designer proposals Preparation of the Building Contract.To independently act as Employer's Agent for the delivery of the project(s) which will require: ...
