Warehouse Operative needed Wise Employment are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join a fantastic company based in the Honiton area. This a full Time Permanent Opportunity working Monday – Thursday 8am – 5:15pm and Friday 8am – 1pm, offering a salary of up to £26,252 DOE along with some fantastic benefits such as: Holidays - 4.6 weeks + Bank Holidays, increasing with time served Life Insurance: Currently 4 x annual salary Pension Scheme: Contributory 4% Employer 5% Monthly Pension & Financial advice (FOC) Maternity/Paternity enhancement Personal development / training opportunities Travel & Secondment Opportunities Professional body registration fees Referral scheme - £1000 on successful employment of a new staff member on completion of 6 months On site Sports Massage (subject to availability) Free Car Parking Christmas Party to include partners Company team building events Family Day (subject to availability) As a Warehouse operative your key Duties are: Manage WMS and workflow Pick/issue/receive production & sales orders Pick & pack for dispatch (labels/paperwork) Issue consumables/PPE & handle internal requests Receive and inspect goods (batch/shelf life) Stock transfers, stocktaking & control Operate forklift (Counterbalance) Keep areas tidy & follow H&S and Quality policies Too be successful in this role you will need the following: Warehouse experience Counterbalance licence (Desirable) Good IT, literacy & numeracy Organised, accurate, proactive Good communicator, team player, self-motivated If you are looking for a change of career and feel this could be for you and you do not have all the required skills, then do not worry this role could still be suitable for you.
