Job Summary:They are seeking a skilled and qualified Housing Solicitor to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and handling various legal matters.

Duties:- Provide expert legal advice to clients- Represent clients in court proceedings- Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and agreements- Conduct legal research and analysis- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients- Attend court hearings and trials- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Skills:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate- Strong negotiation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills- Sound knowledge of UK law and legal procedures
