We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our client's dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for quality control and are experienced in handling vendor orders, this opportunity is perfect for you ??

�? About the Role �?

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining stock control. Your responsibilities will include:

? Packaging and repackaging products according to client requirements.

? Assisting with sample preparation when needed.

? Checking inbound and outbound deliveries for accuracy and proper documentation.

? Maintaining stock control through regular stock takes and reporting any discrepancies.

? Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations.

?? Key Responsibilities ??

?? Order Preparation:

  • Packaging and repackaging products for final delivery.
  • Ensuring future orders are prepared and ready for collection.

?? Deliveries Inbound & Outbound:

  • Accurate picking and checking orders, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with the Operations Manager to process inbound and outbound deliveries efficiently.
  • Monitoring warehouse capacity for expected deliveries, reporting any concerns.

?? Stock Control & Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Keeping the whiteboard up to date with current stock quantities and locations.
  • Conducting monthly stock takes and reporting any issues.
  • Ensuring proper labelling of stock and addressing damaged items.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space.
  • Following safety regulations and promptly reporting any concerns.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

? Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.

? Familiarity with stock control procedures and quality assurance.

? Ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery (if trained).

? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
