Job Title: Mobile HGV TechnicianLocation: BournemouthSalary: £45,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, Day ShiftAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Mobile HGV Technician to join our team in Bournemouth. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum and a Monday-to-Friday day shift, ensuring an excellent work-life balance. As a Mobile HGV Technician, you will provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for a wide range of heavy goods vehicles.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections on HGVs to ensure roadworthiness.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.Attend breakdowns and provide timely and efficient roadside repairs.Conduct pre-MOT inspections and prepare vehicles for testing.Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out, including service records and inspection reports.Order and manage parts efficiently to ensure minimal vehicle downtime.Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards.RequirementsProven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role.Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a mobile role.Full UK driving license (essential).HGV license (desirable but not essential).What We OfferCompetitive salary of £45,000 per annum.Monday-to-Friday schedule, providing a great work-life balance.Fully equipped company van and tools provided.Opportunities for ongoing training and career development.Supportive and inclusive team environment.How to Apply: How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
