Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support a small shift engineering team (1–2 engineers per shift). * Diagnose and repair faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, electrical, and robotic systems. * Drive improvements in reliability and maintenance scheduling. * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support TPM initiatives. * Assist with machinery installations, commissioning, and decommissioning. * Liaise with external contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. * Champion Health & Safety and promote a proactive safety culture. * Identify repeat issues and contribute to long-term engineering solutions.
