Engineering Manager DAYS £70,000 excellent benefits As Engineering Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of engineering performance, from people development and compliance through to reliability improvement and cost control. You'll lead a skilled team, ensuring that engineering systems, processes, and culture are aligned with both business goals and legislative standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to build capability, engagement, and performance.Ensure full compliance with all engineering-related legislation, health & safety, and site standards.Oversee PPM strategy, reliability improvement, and root cause analysis to maximise equipment uptime.Manage engineering budgets, cost control, and capital investment planning.Develop and report on key engineering KPIs - including performance, downtime, reliability, and efficiency.Drive training and development programmes to maintain a high-skilled, multi-disciplined workforce.Lead engineering projects, shutdown planning, and long-term maintenance strategies.Foster strong relationships across Production, Quality, and H&S teams to deliver aligned objectives.You will need Engineering qualification, Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).Proven experience leading an engineering function within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.Stron...
