The Service User has Guillain-Barre Syndrome which has led to him requiring long term ventilation via a tracheostomy. The Service Users nutritional needs are met via RIG. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients. We uphold an exceptional standard of care, providing truly personal services that empower our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
