We are currently seeking an experienced and motivatedTeam member who can join us in this very exciting NEW Position to join our team at Aldwark Manor Estate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and is a teamwork and drives for the best in everything that you do.Main purpose of the role: To oversee the daily operation of the Café including food production and food serving.Main duties include:To ensure that all Residents and Leisure guests always receive a high level of customer service from pre arrival until they depart.Ensure high-quality food and beverage offering are consistently delivered to customersOversee the daily running of the café this being from front of house to kitchen food preparing.Daily assisting thewith Spa Café with guest meet and greet cafe orientation Spa & Leisure guests check in and out taking payment alongside internal customer enquiries on service and bookings.To ensure the highest standards of hygiene cleanliness and tidiness in the Leisure area.To adhere to the opening and closing procedures of the department.Assist in the cleaning of the department and light maintenance of the equipment.To always maintain personal hygiene standards.Be able to carry out both pool and spa tests and take corrective action where necessaryProvide refreshments to day spa hotel and Leisure guests within the Spa and leisure areas.
