The Role

The Technical Development Specialist is a unique role that will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to Partners and Authorised Service Providers for our Multi Functional Devices (MFD’s). Acting as a service specialist to support the growth and development of the partners service organisation, as well as delivering technical training to our partner community as we develop the channel.


Person Requirements:

Experience in delivering technical support as a technical specialist of MFD/Printers.

Strong diagnostic skills for effective and efficient resolution or technical customer problems.

Knowledge in various Operating Systems and Office Software, Network Technologies.

Extensive experience in supporting and resolving customer issues and queries.

Ability to deliver technical product training to different audiences.

Able to understand, relate and build confidence with both colleagues and customers.

Tenacity and determination , plus the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to deliver technical product training to different audiences.

Full UK Driving License.
