Job Advert: Project Manager - Customer Service Department

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic Customer Service Department. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive for success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Implement an effective project launch by collaborating closely with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.Maintain quality standards to BS EN ISO 9001 and ensure products meet customer expectations.Uphold Health and Safety regulations and promote effective communication.Contribute to the implementation of total quality and process improvement initiatives.Develop and maintain clear project plans and schedules.Identify and mitigate any risks or delays in project timelines.Report additional costs to projects and ensure agreements are reached.Attend pre-production meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Produce management reports for regular meetings.Liaise with relevant departments regarding changes in delivery requirements.Maintain accurate reporting of multiple projects via customer interface/portal.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Professionalism in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers.Time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
Understanding of Quality plans and specifications.Knowledge of Group Quality procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and IT systems.
