KAP TechnicalCorbyWelding SupervisorA large engineering company based in Corby are looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to add to their team.This is a 'hands on' Foreman role whereby you will not only lead a team of 10 plus Welder Fabricators but you will also be involved in MIG/TIG welding and fabricating as well.The role is permanentWorkshop/site based position for the right person.The company are offering a competitive salary of £18ph with increased rates for overtime when its available. The hours are 7am till 3:30pm Monday to Friday.Workshop Foreman duties:-- Leading a team of four welder fabricators- MIG/TIG Welding - Fabricating using machinery such as Press Brakes, Guillotines- Using various hand tools- Making structural staircases, Balustrades, Balconies, Handrails etc- Read from engineering drawingsThe company are looking for someone who has experience in the sector someone who has MIG/TIG weld and fabricated food conveyor systems metalwork would be ideal.You will need to be a good communicator for this role and happy to report straight to the Managing Director.
