HAYS is currently recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer to support our public sector client.As part of the team, you would be working on infrastructure upgrades and policy implementation. Role: Infrastructure Engineer

  • 6 months initial contract with possibility of extension
  • 3-4 days a week on-site in Worthing
  • Inside IR35
  • £350-400 Per Day

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Review current VxRail System configuration and documentation
  • Upgrade the VxRail System to the latest version of VMware
  • Document upgrade process
  • Review existing Microsoft Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Previously experience upgrading VxRail
  • Experience working as an Infrastructure Engineer
  • Experience of implementation of GPOs configuration best practices
  • Previous experience working with the public sector would be advantageous.
