Role Description:

The Kronos WFC Techno-Functional Consultant will be an integral part of the Kronos AD team, responsible for handling enhancements, changes, and fixes based on prioritized Jira tickets. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology within the customer’s industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Kronos AD team to address enhancements, changes, and fixes as prioritized in Jira tickets.
  • Develop and support the Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) product, resolving client issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Kronos WFC, including creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, and supporting changes to existing configurations.
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes efficiently.
  • Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve business problems.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
  • Work with Workforce Integration Manager for interface management.
  • Utilize SQL Queries/Scripts, Procedures, Functions, and Packages using Oracle/SQL.
  • Manage Accrual, Attendance, and Activities modules.
  • Configure Kronos InTouch clocks, including biometrics (nice to have).


Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • 5-12 years of experience with Kronos WFC technical and functional aspects.
  • Proficiency in developing and supporting the Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) product.
  • Expertise in Kronos WFC configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in handling incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Ability to understand and apply knowledge to solve defined business problems.
  • Strong documentation skills for systems and processes.
  • Experience with Workforce Integration Manager.
  • Knowledge of SQL Queries/Scripts, Procedures, Functions, and Packages using Oracle/SQL.
  • Understanding of Accrual, Attendance, and Activities modules.
  • Experience with WDM and Kronos InTouch clock configurations (biometrics nice to have).
