Technical Support EngineerTechnical Support Engineer required for a global leader of HVAC solutions. This is an exciting role that will lead to Technical Support Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Sales or similar within the business.This is suitable for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of commercial or industrial heating systemsPackage:Salary £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experienceHybrid working33 days holidayPrivate health insuranceEnhanced private pension Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issuesDiagnose and resolve technical problems with heating systems and associated equipmentOffer expert guidance on product installation, maintenance, and operation to clients and team membersWork closely with the engineering and sales teams to support customer needs and deliver solutionsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support systemParticipate in product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trendsAssist with product testing and quality assurance processes as neededCollaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes and documentation Requirements:Degree or diploma in engineering or a HVAC related fieldExperience of HVAC or refrigeration design or R&DComfortable in a customer facing environment WR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
