This top-tier financial planning company is affiliated with and supported by Quilter Financial Planning, the leading financial advice business in the UK.


The responsibilities of the Financial Services Administrator will encompass:


  • Overseeing the processing of mortgage, insurance, and wealth management applications.
  • Assisting in meeting preparations - sending confirmations with initial compliance documents, creating illustrations, and agendas.
  • Managing life insurance applications and monitoring them until the policy is activated.
  • Providing supporting documents, liaising with lenders/providers/solicitors, and maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Ensuring that compliance procedures are adhered to correctly and within the stipulated timeframes.
  • Handling the sales processes on the bespoke X-plan back-office compliance system, for which training will be provided.
  • Completing file closures - updating address changes, scheduling mortgage rate reviews on the Outlook calendar, and disposing of paperwork securely.


The role will take place over 5 full working days, at least 2 of which should be in the office although this is open to flexibility.
