Experience: Proven experience in working in an Early Year Setting. Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a sound understanding of childs development. Leadership Capability: Ability to lead a team of adults effectively. Safeguarding Compliance: This post requires an Enhanced Criminal Records Check (DBS). All candidates must be prepared to disclose any convictions or orders. We require a minimum of 2 references and right to work in the UK.
