JOB TITLE: Customer SupportLOCATION(S): Sheffield. Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance. HOURS: 24.5 hours a week, including SaturdaysWORKING PATTERN: Part-timeSALARY: £17,500 increasing to £18,025 after 6 months in roleAbout this opportunityYou'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers. Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as, helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely.
