Pensions Data Analyst

Pensions Data Analyst required to work on projects in a fast growing Bulk Purchase Annuities team.

Candidates should have previous experience in the Pensions sector, ideally in either Bulk Annuities (BPA) or Defined Benefit (DB) Pensions administration.

You will get to use your pensions knowledge to work on data analysis projects related to the on boarding of new customers / pensions schemes, including:

  • Analysing large DB Pensions data sets
  • Working on transitions of clients, including data cleansing, data mapping and migration
  • Analysing and improving pensions data quality
  • Implementing better and repeatable processes for on boarding of data from pensions schemes
  • Managing demands of stakeholders from internal business units and external clients
  • Implementing better data security protocols

Experience required includes

  • Strong pensions administration background in either BPA or DB pensions
  • Good Data analysis and mapping skills
  • Very good Excel and intermediate SQL skills
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a rare opportunity to join a new entrant in the annuities sector where you get to build something new and innovative, not just work in a team and to processes that were built before you joined the business. They offer a competitive salary of £40-45k + bonus and benefits, with 3 days a week in the office initially
