The team has been growing consistently year on year and is now moving into a new structure designed to make life easier for its senior people. Instead of juggling dozens of accounts, you’ll have a focused portfolio of around 19 high-value clients, supported by a strong servicing team so you can concentrate on building relationships and driving growth. There’s a clear plan in place, and you’ll be part of shaping it, not just following a script.The business wants someone who knows Trade Credit inside out or has solid experience in commercial finance. You’ll need to be commercially sharp, proactive, and confident working independently, especially if you’re based outside the main office. This isn’t a role for someone who needs hand-holding. It’s for someone who wants autonomy but also values being part of a team that genuinely collaborates.If you’ve got a track record in new business and client retention and you’re ready to take ownership, this is worth a conversation. You’ll have the flexibility of hybrid working, with two days from home and three out meeting clients or in the office.
