Some highlights from our Programme include:Being a permanent employee from day one.Hands-on experience mentored by industry specialists.Dedicated support from our Early Careers team, helping you stay on track and providing you with a framework to build your career.Opportunities to network with previous Apprentices.Skills-based, industry recognised qualifications including Certificate Level CII, Insurance Practitioner or Business Administration Level 3 and earning financial incentives as you progress.Additional professional tutorials, workshops and networking events.We hire for two different types of insurance Apprentice:Insurance or Reinsurance - Client Services / BrokerTypical roles and responsibilities include:Working closely with Account Managers to provide outstanding service to our clients.Getting to know your clients’ business needs and identifying potential risks.Liaising with Underwriters and providing day-to-day support to our Brokers.Providing technical and admin support to ensure smooth processing.Working alongside New Business Development ‘Producers’ to meet with clients, prospect new business and explore growth opportunities.Insurance or Reinsurance - Technical / Divisional SupportTypical role and responsibilities include:Project management – offering key insights, research and analytics to support client decisions and internal strategies.Developing claims handling skills and taking on related responsibilities.Supporting Brokers with technical tasks, treaty insurance, claims handling and finance functions.Who we are looking for Our Launch Apprenticeship Programme is open to all applicants who are curious and eager to learn, regardless of academic background. Minimum requirements3 A-levels or equivalent in any subjectA minimum of Grade 4 / C at GCSE level (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.NB: Due to Apprenticeship regulations, we can only accept applicants who haven’t completed a qualification in the same field at the same or higher level to the course you are applying for.
