This is a hands-on role responsible for creating and executing regional marketing programs that align with Sales and Channel leaders to deliver measurable impact.Youll act as the bridge between corporate campaigns and local execution tailoring global programs to resonate in-region while developing co-marketing initiatives with key partners. As our first dedicated international marketing leader youll set the foundation for future scale.What Youll DoOwn the design and execution of regional demand generation campaigns to deliver pipeline coverage targets.Partner closely with Sales and Channel leaders to identify regional priorities and align marketing strategy.Execute regional field events executive roundtables and industry programs that accelerate pipeline.Develop and run partner co-marketing campaigns with top VARs GSIs and channel partners.Localize global content and campaigns for cultural and market relevance.Report on program performance and pipeline impact to regional and global leadership.Act as a self-starter operating independently in a lean environment while collaborating across corporate marketing.What You Bring10 years of B2B marketing experience with strong focus on field partner and demand generation.Proven track record building pipeline-driving programs in international markets.Cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS experience preferred.Experience with partner marketing MDF planning and joint go-to-market execution.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo HubSpot Salesforce).Ability to thrive in a high-growth fast-paced environment with minimal playbooks.Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across regions and functions.Why HalcyonJoin one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity valued at $1B and backed by top-tier investors.Work with a world-class leadership team and collaborate across international markets.Be the first dedicated international marketer real opportunity to build scale and leave a mark.Resilience-first culture: we dont just prevent attacks; we guarantee recovery.CompensationBase Salary: GBP plus bonus and equity.#LI-BMIn accordance with applicable state and federal laws the range provided is Halcyons reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities and location.
