Site Services Manager Salary - £60,000 Per Annum Wrexham gap technical are proud to be representing a market leading manufacturing business in their search for an Site Services Manager to work at their facility based in Wrexham.The role would suit an experienced or senior Facilities / Site Services Manager with knowledge of manufacturing industryPerformance ObjectivesManaging a team of Site Services Engineers - delegating and prioritising maintenance works across a large siteManaging all compliance across the site and carrying out regular inspections e.g. legionella levelsLooking at ways to improve the overall efficiency of the site, such as reducing energy consumption and waste managementManaging any relating projects and continuous improvement programmesEnsuring all maintenance activities are recorded appropriatelyComply with appropriate health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.To ensure that all Department Systems & Policies are in place and being adhered to.To ensure that all safety & quality standards are being adhered to.To ensure Technical Systems are adequately monitored so that documentary evidence can be provided to support a "due diligence" defence in the event of a food safety or quality issue.Organising and managing all third-party contractorsSite Services include the followingRefrigerationGas SystemsHVAC SystemsDrainage & EffluentBuilding & FacilitiesInfrastructureBoiler and Steam systemsCompressed air systemsPerson SpecificationTime Served, Qualified to minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an engineering disciplineIOSH Qualified desirable - Not essentialGood communication skills with the ability to manage a team of engineers and contractorsFlexible and reliable with the willingness to provide assistance where necessary
