Our products are sold across the UK, USA, EU, and beyond.🎯Role PurposeReporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day factory output and standards across powders and liquids manufacturing (mixing, blending, filling, labelling, pouching/bottling). Plan and run production to a tight schedule, maintain NetSuite ERP data integrity and work orders, lead the production team to hit KPIs, and ensure health & safety and food safety compliance (HACCP/GMP).
