Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring stock levels, merchandising, and store standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing action plans to drive growth.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development to your team to ensure their success and progression.
  • Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers through effective customer service and product knowledge.
  • Handle store budgets and inventory management, minimising stock loss and maximising profitability.


The Ideal Store Manager Candidate:

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or a similar customer-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a team to meet targets.
