Home based role - Covering the South East of EnglandMilton Keynes, Reading, Oxford, Southampton, Guildford, Crawley£50-55k basic with £12k OTE, £500 guarantee 1st 6 months, Company carThis is a great opportunity to join a well-respected product manufacturerMarket leader of construction anchors, nuts, and bolts that supply a variety of industry sectorsThis role offers excellent career development opportunities, progression & trainingThe Company recruiting for the Area Sales Manager:Being well-established and having a respected engineering tradition, this organisation produces a wide portfolio of engineering and manufacturing solutionsUsed by clients for their engineering quality, reliability, and capabilityThey are looking to strengthen their Business Development sales teamThe Role of the Area Sales Manager:Managing the South of England territory, you will be responsible for all sales across this geographical locationWorking closely with a variety of stakeholders including design, bid & contracts managersWinning new business and managing existing clients within M&E contractorsYou will be responsible for all lead generation and your sales pipelineInfluencing the market to switch to your products and solutionsThe Candidate for the Area Sales Manager:You must have M&E Contractor sales experienceUnderstand the construction contractor sales cycleAbility to work on multiple projectsOrganised, structured and ambitiousTenacity to hunt for new business and manage accountsLooking for career development, progressing and willing to undertake trainingThe Package for the Area Sales Manager:: ·£50,000 to £55,000 Basic Salary, with £12k OTE, £500 guarantee 1st 6 months, Company Car ·Pension, Mobile, Laptop ·25 days holiday plus statsPlease apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.
