Over two years youll rotate across key functions work on real projects and develop the skills that will set you up for long-term success.What Youll DoThe COO is the operational backbone of our Investments business driving innovation delivering outstanding client service and enabling strategic transformation. As a graduate youll be immersed in the technology data and operations that power our investment capabilities.Youll rotate across areas such as:Investments Technology supporting front-office platforms and digital tools.Client Technology enhancing client-facing systems and experiences.Operations streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.Data & Insight managing and leveraging data to inform decisions.Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams contribute to enterprise systems and work with modern tools and cloud platforms.
