In this role, you will be responsible for packaging, processing, and underwriting Mortgage and Secured Loan Applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process new loan applications in line with lending criteria from receipt to completion.
• Provide regular updates to introducers and customers on case progression.
• Handle queries via telephone, email, and letters from brokers and customers.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout the loan application process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and strive to exceed expectations.
• Provide management with update reports on case progression and various other information and complete administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner.
