Key Responsibilities: * Operate extrusion and pelletising lines in line with company procedures and quality standards. * Load raw materials into extrusion machines and remove finished products efficiently. * Set up, adjust, start, and shut down extrusion equipment safely. * Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery. * Monitor production output, tracking extruder runtime and kilograms of PP pellets produced per shift. * Complete production checklists and report any defects or issues. * Identify and document non-conformances to ensure product quality. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance overall performance. Requirements: * Proven experience operating extrusion machinery. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. * A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt. * Dedication to Health & Safety best practices. * Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as the business grows.
