The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card, own their tools, and have previous experience in general maintenance work and masticing.Responsibilities:Perform a variety of maintenance, repairs, and groundworks tasks.MasticingInstall products and equipment as needed.Conduct basic painting and decorating tasks.Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.Requirements:Valid CSCS card.Own tools required for maintenance tasks.Previous experience in general maintenance work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills.
