Alexander Steele are working exclusively with an established food manufacturing business in Derbyshire which are looking to recruit a Demand Planner. The ideal candidate has experience within FMCG and over 3 years experience within a planning (or similar supply chain role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Sales & Commercial Liaison: Act as a key point of contact with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure demand plans align with business objectives and customer needs.
- System Updates & Reporting: Update and maintain planning systems, producing detailed reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain & Production: Work closely with Supply Chain and Production teams to align forecasts with operational capabilities and inventory levels.
On offer:
- Annual Salary of £38,000 DOE (slight flexibility for an exceptional candidate).
- 33 days AL.
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours p/w - Days - On site.
