About the role


This role will be supporting the administration team in maintaining automated Word-based documents, which will involve using data from the administration platform, which will support communication to scheme members.


The Successful Applicant will have experience in


  • Ability to understand pension calculations.
  • Creating and maintaining Word based documents.
  • Knowledge of pension administration platforms including either Compendia, IntelliPen, Hartlink, Altair, UPM, oPen, Profund
  • An in-depth knowledge and high level of experience of pension and payroll administration (DB/DC/CARE/Cash balance, and Hybrid arrangements).
  • Liasing with, IT, Communication, Relationship Managers & Administration teams
  • Pension Data Analysis
  • Report creation supporting numerous scenarios.
