We're looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Skegness Resort as part of our Warehouse Team. You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering results, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working
You'll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain efficiency and excellent operational standards at all times. You'll ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures and be meticulous in your approach to stock control and distribution.
The role will involve analysing KPI's and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team's fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's.
As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.
Key Responsibilities
Our warehouses primarily service our food and beverage departments so we are looking for an individual with prior experience in this area.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching.
Delivering an effective service to the team on resort and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers is the most important part of this role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
Flexibility is essential, as this role requires working 40 hours over a 5-day week. Typical working hours would be 6am-2.30pm with some weekend work but you would need to be flexible due to needs of the business.
It is essential that you hold both a current full driving license and forklift license.
