Job Title: Private Client Legal Executive Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary: £50k - £60k Overview We are seeking a Private Client Legal Executive to join a well-established team, supporting a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney. The role suits someone with solid technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters with a high level of care, accuracy, and client service. Key Responsibilities Manage a mixed caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planning. Prepare wills, trust documents, lasting powers of attorney, and associated correspondence. Handle the full probate and estate administration process, including submitting applications, liaising with beneficiaries, and preparing estate accounts. Conduct client meetings, take instructions, and provide clear, practical guidance. Carry out legal research and keep up to date with changes in private client law and regulation. Maintain accurate file management, ensure compliance with SRA and internal standards, and manage deadlines effectively. Liaise with colleagues, financial advisors, tax specialists, and external parties to progress matters efficiently.
