Senior Property Manager / Up to £39,000 with a likely OTE of £42,000 / Barnehurst Overview: A Market Leading Estate Agent are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to work closely with landlords and manage a portfolio of properties and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career with a market leading estate agent with future progression available. Role & Responsibilities:Managing and motivating property management teamManaging complaints and coming to a resolvePreparing performance reports and going through these with the Head of Property ManagementLiaising with tenants, landlords and contractorsProviding recommendations for third party visitsManaging compliance checksOrganising end of tenancies and ensuring all paperwork and monies are in placeEnsuring legal documentation is in place and following legal action if neededOrganising maintenance with contractors Essential Skills & Experience:Previous experience leading a Property Management teamPrevious experience in a property management positionUK Driving licenseExperience completing compliance checksAn excellent communicatorHard-working and ambitiousA team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals Package:Up to £39,000 basic salaryMonday – Friday (No weekends)Commission based on the management incomeGreat company cultureExcellent, tailored training and progression opportunitiesEnjoyable IncentivesFurther training and coaching Senior Property Manager / Up to £39,000 with a likely OTE of £42,000 / Barnehurst
