Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager for well known M&E Sub Contractor in London. Looking to turnover 90m this year, this company is growing rapidly. You'll be taking full ownership of the Electrical package on a new and exciting commercial Project. Leading the delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout. Whilst also covering the design and pre-con for a Commercial project.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Electrical installation from strip-out through to commissioningCoordinate closely with electrical teams and other trades on-siteEnsure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budgetLiaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionManage subcontractors, materials, and site logisticsAbout You:Proven experience as a Electrical Project Manager within building servicesExperience on complex commercial or education sector projects (strip-out/refurb beneficial)Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project deliveryExcellent communication and leadership skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility roleWhy Join:Competitive salary starting at £...
