We're looking to add aSite-Based Security Systems Analyst here at Chubb. This is a key hire for us and will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems across the UK, US and EMEA/CEEMA region. Based at the customer's Camberley office, the successful candidate will support a Tier 1 global customer and collaborate with the Key Account Manager to ensure high standards of customer service Chubb Fire & Security have been protecting people and assets worldwide for more than 200years.Providingessential and innovative security systems, equipment and services, from digital CCTV surveillance and intruder alarms to fire detection and suppression systems. Provide technical support for Access Control, CCTV, and PSIM systems globally Act as a subject matter expert in PSIM, access control and CCTV systems. Collaborate closely with the onsite Chubb team and client to meet customer objectives. Liaise with client security managers to ensure system updates and data accuracy. Design and implement access configurations for new installations and system variations. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Organized, accurate, and efficient. Self-motivated and results-driven. Knowledge Requirements: IT background. Experience with security system installation and programming (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools. Familiarity with enterprise software support (SQL, Windows, IIS). General networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, QoS). PowerShell experience (advantageous). Professional and accountable.
