Plot Purchasing Assistant - FarnboroughExcellent opportunity for a Plot Purchasing Assistant to join a top-ranked law firm.Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Plot Purchasing Assistant to join their busy New Build team in Farnborough, Hampshire.The role will involve assisting the fee earners and conducting Plot Running casework. Duties will include:

  • Communicating with clients via email and the telephone
  • Collaborating with Fee Earners on client files to progress files as smoothly and as quickly as possible
  • Being responsible for the running of your own case load from initial instructions to an exchange of contracts alongside the relevant Fee Earner
  • Reviewing client's initial paperwork, carrying out ID checks and finalise onboarding process
  • Adhering to AML and other compliance requirements at all times
  • Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders and Help to Buy on all aspects of the transaction.
  • Liaising with lenders with regards to mortgage offers.
  • Exchanging contracts with the Developer's solicitors, etc.

To be considered, you must have some office/admin experience with good attention to detail. You will also need to be a driver.
