You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.If this sounds like you we would love for you to applyYour impact in the role:You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive repairs monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs handling cases and liaising with residents. You will be first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.The successful candidatemust be highly organised with excellent communication administrative and numerical skills.
