As aPasta Chef/Chef de Partie, you'll work in the fresh pasta restaurant located on the ground floor of our Liverpool Street store. You will work with fresh ingredients and handmade fresh pasta, to craft authentic Italian dishes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and get all the knowledge needed for your next senior role within the kitchens.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high-volume kitchens.
  • Knowledge of fresh pasta making is beneficial but we will teach you how to use our equipment and make fresh handmade pasta from scratch
  • Ability to cook to specs and brand standards
  • A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the UK
