Senior Associate / Private Client

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Senior Legal Executive to join our leading law firm client located in Brighton and Hove (with hybrid working avilable 2 days a week from home).

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the Private Client team. You will be responsible for running your own case load and reporting to the lead in the team. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to have a deep understanding of this area of work.

The role will include drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust, dealing with Trust administration and the administration of estates as well as providing tax advice to a range of clients. You will have direct client contract and will be responsible for managing your client relationships.

The role is hybrid but candidates must live in the South-East as travel to clients in their homes may be required.

You will be joining a very busy team so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and be a good team player. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate commitment and drive whilst delivering high quality service at all times.
