Our client is a specialist surveying and planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are currently looking for graduates with a RTPI recognised degree and/or masters to join their training academy starting in August/September time.This role is specifically focused on land acquisition, design and planning applications.Key skills required:Hold a Degree or Masters in a RTPI recognised subject (Town Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Rural Planning, Real Estate, MPlan, Spatial Planning)Experience in the property sector or a customer facing role beneficial (Full job training provided)Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines.Full driving licenseAn interest to start their APC with the aim to eventually become chartered. Duties include:Speaking to landowners and property developers identifying site requirement for planning.Occasional site visits (in person or virtually)Working in conjunction with different divisions of the business including design, project management and surveyingAssisting with project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
