THE ROLE
Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall delivery of a range of live and virtual events.
The Event Managers key duties will include;
- Delivering a variety of events across live and virtual formats
- Contract management and negotiation
- Working to budgets and deadlines
- Speaker and attendee management
- Liaising with internal teams
- Tendering and negotiation with suppliers
- Continuing event management on site/ in studio
- Analysing and reporting on the post event
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have similar experience gained from working with healthcare/ pharmaceutical events and have a proven background of managing their own events, both live and virtual, from brief through to delivery.
