Your new companyA global life sciences business are in a high period of growth and are looking for a regulatory assistant/associate to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.

Your new roleThe Regulatory Affairs Associate will sit within the EU coordination team and be responsible for administering the regulatory affairs inbox, archiving regulatory documents, compiling administrative requirements for submissions. You will be responsible for:

  • Updating and maintaining the RIM systems
  • Compiling electronic submissions for new submissions and variations
  • Archiving regulatory documents
  • General administrative tasks
  • Supporting RA colleagues with requesting certificates and samples.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have a strong administrative background with 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company. If you are coming from a Regulatory Administrative position, Quality Administrative position, or similar role, that would be ideal.

What you'll get in returnThis is an initial 12 month contract and is able to be fully remote. However, you must be located in the UK and have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
