If you have a strong construction background and thrive on managing technical documentation, QA & administration processes, and compliance requirements, this role is for you. Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all QA/Technical Assurance documentation for the HS2 project. Coordinate client deliverables and ensure all documentation meets required standards (e.g., inspection and test plans, quality plans, material/product approvals). Compile and control essential documents, including: Non-conformance reports, Record packs, Technical compliance documentation, Handover packs etc.. Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with QA and technical assurance processes. Support internal audits and help maintain accreditations. Collaborate with the Contracts Project Manager to keep projects on track and ensure timely handovers. Attend site visits for quality handovers (approx. 10% initially, increasing to 30%). Quality Assurance Required Experience: Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detailthis role involves a high volume of paperwork. Bubbly personality with a strong team player mentality Previous experience in construction or infrastructure is essential Solid understanding of QA and technical compliance systems within the construction sector. Familiarity with control systems and high-level QA contracts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with guidance from a Contracts Project Manager. Highly organised, methodical, and proactive in managing large volumes of documentation.
