Who they are looking for:

  • Experienced 360 Principal Consultant or Team Lead with proven billings across contract recruitment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience full cycle recruiting within the Life Sciences Sector - Pharmaceutical and Commercially focused
  • Excellent Account Management and Business Development experience
  • Excellent communicator - They are offering quick progression for anyone at this level, who is currently capped on their growth They will provide full mentorship and guidance into Management level to ensure you are set up for success through leadership training and constant backing from the business.


Main duties:

  • Owning, managing, and growing your division out further
  • Running a 360 desk - Business Development & Delivery within a specific domain area
  • Being involved with all processes from a focal point of contact perspective to ensure maximum deals
  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
  • Mentoring new employees
