Job Title: SIPP AdministratorDepartment: SIPP and FP adminLocation: LeedsContract Type: PermanentReporting to: Pamesh RanaThe TeamThe Cash team are responsible for processing all receipts and payments (including standing orders) for clients. The team also process internal cash transfers custodian bank transactions and firm payments leading to the completion of external bank and internal nominal reconciliations. Outcomes of the RoleAccountable for dealing with more complex administrative requests and activities within your team.Assist in the production of appropriate management information including information relating to key performance indicators key risk indicators aligned to your responsibilities. Ensure these are produced on time and are appropriate for relevant committee audiences thereafter.Ensure that you are actively participating in the 41 habits from Lean methodology.Support the continuous improvement across the team leading to enhancements in efficiency and clients and customer experience (CX/UX).Be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and existing IT systems.Be responsible for the initial and ongoing training of team membersBe responsible for ensuring that the teams procedures are kept up to date and are an accurate reflection of working practises and that any CASS issues are escalated and resolved as and when necessaryKnowledge & ExperienceA minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade A-C/ 5-9) including Maths & EnglishExperience of working as part of a teamDesirable: 2 years industry knowledge and an interest in the wealth management sectorExcellent organisational and time management skillsFast and accurate keyboard skillsHigh level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quicklyMeticulous attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritise workloadsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesEffective problem solver generating practical solutions to often complex issuesGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFocus on delivering service excellenceLife at RathbonesWe aim to become an employer of choice for the wealth management sector to achieve this we are working hard to build a diverse equal and inclusive workplace that motivates develops and embraces the strengths of all our colleagues.
