We have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Team Leaders (PM Shift) to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham. The Team Leaders will oversee business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties also include stock inventory & coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency & customer service.


PLEASE NOTE THESE VACANCIES ARE ONLY AVAIALABLE ON PM SHIFT 3-11pm Monday-Friday.


How you will contribute

  • Coach all Team Members daily in warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and monitor safe working practices across the Warehouse and adhere to the safe working methods and countermeasures implemented.
  • Maintain standard work and quality processes to ensure a 'right first time' product to the customer.
  • Drive a zero-tolerance mind-set for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Understand throughput rate to support customer requirements.
  • Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that commodity status can be seen at a glance.
  • Reporting of all throughput, improvement and people requirements within given time parameters.
  • Support the Health and Safety team in investigations.
  • Ensure all MHE Drivers comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will bring

  • Experience in leading a large team within a logistics, warehousing environment.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse team of operatives
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good IT knowledge- Excel, Word etc.
  • Job experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial (JIT, Sequencing, Packing, Delivery).
  • Able to work in a diverse group of people and be a team player.
