Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Credit Controller for an award-winning SME in the Skegness area. Monday-Friday 8:30 - 17:00.

The role of the Credit Controller

  • Managing the sales ledger for Caravan Owners and Market Stall holders
  • Following collection procedures set out in site terms and conditions
  • Setting up and processing applications with third party finance company for customers who use this facility to settle their balances
  • Utility meter readings
  • Invoicing owners utilities and dealing with consumption queries
  • Invoicing maintenance jobs and other sundry purchases
  • Issuing annual site fee renewal documents and taking payments
  • Processing mid-season adjustments for new owners and site leavers

The ideal candidate for the role of Credit Controller

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a credit control or sales ledger role
  • Driving license preferred
